By accessing or using FlashGen, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

FlashGen is an educational tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate flashcard sets based on topics you provide. The App allows you to save, organize, and practice with these flashcards.

• To use FlashGen, you must create an account using Google Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• You retain ownership of the topics you input and the flashcard sets generated.
• By using the App, you grant us permission to process your input topics through AI services (OpenAI) to generate flashcards.
• You are responsible for ensuring your input topics do not violate any laws or third-party rights.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App to generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App

• Flashcard content is generated using artificial intelligence (OpenAI).
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of flashcard content for your study purposes.
• AI-generated content should not be considered professional advice.

• The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by FlashGen and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.

• FlashGen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, study outcomes, or reliance on AI-generated content.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
